The Healthy Habits Movement

Too many childhoods are now screen-heavy and indoors. We help schools and families build a different routine — more movement, more nature, more confidence and more teamwork — and we keep it going long after camp day.

The Healthy Habits Movement is our mission. The Self Discovery League (SDL) is the year-round journey. School camps are the shared experience. The Discovery Passport and Quest Board are the daily practice. And Every Child is a Hero is the recognition every child earns — for effort, consistency, teamwork, courage and kindness, not just sporting results.

Daily, age-appropriate movement and regular time outdoors.

Reading time, learning notes and a short end-of-day reflection.
