What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, and the details you choose to share about your enquiry (for schools: school name, location, your role, approximate numbers and preferred dates). We do not ask for individual student medical or identity details at enquiry stage.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, presentations or visits, and — if you book — to deliver the programme safely. We record which page and product your enquiry relates to so the right person can respond.
Children's information
Children's details are provided by a parent, guardian or school only at the booking stage, kept private and used only to run the programme safely. Image permission and marketing choices are asked for separately.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting) to operate this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@selfdiscoverypark.com.
