1. Who we are
www.dpxlive360.com is operated by L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as The Discovery Park and DPX Live 360. These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made through it.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest does not create a booking, membership or agreement. Prices and details on this website are indicative and dated; binding terms are only those in your written quote or agreement.
3. Programme-specific terms
Each programme — school camps, equestrian training, Horse Co-Ownership, memberships, glamping estates, expeditions and events — has its own terms, issued with your quote or agreement. Where those terms differ from this page, the programme terms apply.
4. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the programme terms for your booking. [Policy to be confirmed before launch.]
5. Children and consent
Bookings for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We collect safety and medical information only at the booking stage and only what is needed. Permission to photograph or publish images of a child is requested separately and is optional.
6. Participation and safety
Outdoor sport and adventure carry inherent risk. Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety rules, and may be asked to complete a readiness check before an activity.
7. Website content
Some images are representative or artist's impressions and are labelled where they show proposed facilities. Facilities marked “proposed” or “under development” are not yet operational.
